With a master's degree in Early Childhood Education Leadership and over 25 years of dedicated experience in the field, Vivian has proven herself as a stalwart advocate for young learners. Her journey began as a preschool teacher, where she spent nearly 12 years nurturing young minds with care and dedication.
Transitioning seamlessly into the role of preschool director, she honed her leadership skills for 9 years, ensuring each child received the best possible start to their educational journey and worked closely with parents to support them and include them in this mission.
As a consultant working with directors, teachers, and parents across private preschools, Vivian continues to leave an indelible mark on the early childhood education landscape. Beyond her professional endeavors, Vivian is also a devoted mother to a college student, a role that further fuels her passion for empowering children.
